workshop offers
Here is a selection of already designed workshops.
The world and me — body, feelings & reality
The workshop “The world and me — body, feelings & reality” supports young people in reflecting on the influences of their digital and social environment, better understanding their own feelings and boundaries, and engaging with themselves and others in a confident way. It strengthens thinking, feeling, and acting, enabling young people to develop orientation, self-confidence, and the ability to act in a complex world.

Woman*power - room for you!
The workshop “Women Power — Space for You!” supports FLINTA* youth in strengthening their self-image, reflecting on societal expectations, and developing a safe and confident relationship with their bodies, feelings, boundaries, and relationships. Through creative methods, exchange, and body-based exercises, a protected space is created in which they can experience self-efficacy and gain orientation for their everyday lives.
The workshop “Pleasure & Consent Discovery” invites participants to explore consent as a lived, embodied practice and to discover pleasure beyond pressure or expectations. Through reflection, gentle body awareness, and open exchange, participants gain a deeper understanding of boundaries, desires, and communication — strengthening self-trust, agency, and connection with themselves and others.
