Über mich

Hey, I'm fränz!

Sexuality educator – social worker – martial arts trainer.

I’m interested in how people relate to themselves and to others.
How we can sense and communicate boundaries.
How we show up in our diversity — with everything that is present.

What guides me

I believe in knowledge as empowerment — and in conversation as a key to change.

For me, sexuality education means breaking taboos and fostering self-determination.
Coaching means holding space for processes, emotions, and growth.
And training means growing together and learning from one another.

I combine professional expertise with intuition, sensitivity, and fun.

My background

I’m a trained social worker (FH Campus Wien) and sexuality educator (ÖGS Vienna), a certified sports instructor (Sportunion Austria), currently in training as a life and social counselor (KEPOS Vienna), and I’ve been accompanying young people and adults for several years in workshops, conversations, and group processes.

Alongside my work in sexuality education, I facilitate socially grounded martial arts trainings and aim to create spaces for mutual respect, exchange, and community.

What fränz*space stands for

fränz*space is my attempt to create a space where people feel safe and seen —
where shame becomes quieter and self-evidence grows louder.
A place where learning, the body, encounter, and healing are allowed to come together.
